At White Lamb Productions, we strive to deliver high-quality video editing and production services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our team.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- If the project has not been started yet:
A full refund will be issued. - If initial work has started but is incomplete:
A partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed. - If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed deadline (unless a delay was caused by incomplete client input or revisions):
A partial or full refund may be offered.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The client changes their mind after work is delivered.
- The client provides incomplete or unclear instructions.
- The client is unhappy due to creative preference after the agreed style was followed.
- Delay caused by missing files, feedback, or approvals from the client.
- Customized packages, rush orders, or discounted projects.
3. Revision Policy
- Each project includes a limited number of revisions (as agreed in the package).
- Additional revisions beyond this limit are chargeable.
- Revisions do not qualify for a refund.
4. Delivery of Final Files
Once the final files are delivered, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
5. Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed without first contacting us, all ongoing work will be paused and legal action may be considered.
