When you place an order and make a payment, it means you agree to our pricing, timeline, and project scope.

2. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

    • Provide accurate instructions and required files.

    • Respond promptly during the project.

    • Own the rights to all media you share with us.

We are not responsible for any copyright issues caused by client-provided content.

3. Delivery & Revisions

 

    • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on project complexity.

    • Revisions are limited as per the package.

    • Additional revisions will be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

 

    • Full payment is required to start the project (unless agreed otherwise).

    • Payments are non-refundable once the project is completed and delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

 

    • You own the final edited video after full payment.

    • We may use short clips for portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Prohibited Content

We do not work with:

 

    • Violent, abusive, or hateful content

    • Pornographic material

    • Illegal activities

7. Limitation of Liability

White Lamb Productions is not liable for:

 

    • Loss of profits or business opportunities

    • Delays caused by client inaction

    • Damages caused by third-party platforms or software

8. Termination of Project

We may cancel a project if:

 

    • The client becomes unresponsive for 14 days

    • The client is disrespectful or abusive

    • The instructions violate our content guidelines

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
